We do not disclose your information to third parties, unless you specifically request or approve that we do so, or unless explicitly required to do so by law.
Access to computers and network devices
We will access your computers and other network devices to perform regular maintenance, to fulfill help desk requests made by you, or to configure them in accordance to the services you expect us to perform. For workstation maintenance, we request that you approve our accessing your computer every time we need to solve a problem. If an emergency requires so and we do not obtain an approval to initiate a remote session, you authorize us to connect to your computers and devices to solve it. This is in accordance to our commitment to maintain your network safe, operational, and lower the risks of data damage. We attempt to provide immediate response to avoid damage to your information and many times acting quickly is to the best interest of our clients.
Email and promotional communications
We may contact you by email for training, updates, general information and promotional offers. If you believe you have received an email from us in error or do not wish to receive any further emails from us, please either click on the appropriate button on the email we send, or email us at info@nextstepnetworks.com letting us know you want to be removed from our mailing lists.
